February 2009 Minutes
This year there will be a few small changes. The show bill has been updated to meet the needs of the Saddle Club. Any changes made were based on 2008 participation records. The most important change is that we have varied from the 4th Saturday shows. This is because we end up with several rain out shows and no days to make them up. I have enclosed a list of show dates with possible rainout dates listed (weather permitting). This will help on the last minute decision making of rain out shows, which ALWAYS creates an inconvenience somewhere. We, as the board of directors and members of the board, understand this may conflict with other local shows and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We have scheduled a workday at the arena on March 21st, 2009 @ 1pm (weather permitting) to include painting, cleaning, and general maintenance. We welcome any and all help. I have enclosed the list of classes for 2009. We understand the economy is rough for everyone including ourselves, which is why we may be making several revisions. This way we can continue to provide a fun and rewarding show for everyone.

We are a community based non-profit organization. We strive to provide a fun and safe environment for the youth of our community and surrounding communities as well. We have a varied showbill of all riding disciplines. We invite everyone to come and participate or sit back and enjoy the show. Thank You!
