            <title>Show cancelled</title>

            <description>First and foremost, I would like to apologize for any mix up or miscommunication today.&amp;nbsp; The show was cancelled on Friday and I took what measures I could to notify all of the cancelling of&amp;nbsp;the show.&amp;nbsp; I understand that there were several that did not get the message.&amp;nbsp; I, personally, will look at making a phone tree to ensure that all members are notified by phone from this point forward so it does not happen again.&amp;nbsp; </description>

            <title>March 3, 2009 Meeting Conclusion</title>

            <description>&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The Saddle Club has endured a type of vandalism.&amp;nbsp; The water was turned on at the shut off valve, the bathrooms were broken into and the water turned on in them.&amp;nbsp; This caused the pipes to freeze and burst in the concessions building.&amp;nbsp; This is a fixable problem, just frustrating that everything has to have an unaccessible lock placed on it tp prevent this type of thing.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Sponsors-&amp;nbsp; we need them.&amp;nbsp; For more information please call Crystal at 731-610-4069.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;From now on points will be given to members placing only.&amp;nbsp; In the past points were given to 1st-5th place but only counted for members.&amp;nbsp; Now points will be given to the top 5 &lt;STRONG&gt;members&lt;/STRONG&gt; in a class.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The sponsor board will be taken down, mainly because it is rotting, and the sponsors will now be listed on the side of the concessions stand.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Timed events only-&amp;nbsp;If you choose to ride more than one horse in a class you must choose which horse you will receive points on.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Points will only be&amp;nbsp;given to 1 horse per class.&amp;nbsp; You can ride as many different horses as you want but can only keep points on 1 horse of your choice.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Next meeting will be April 7th, 2009 at 7 pm.&amp;nbsp;</description>
